I think you’re missing a few things, 1) DBSZ was released almost a month before Veilguard, so of course it’s numbers are low currently. 2) DBSZ it’s a 10-15 hour game, so lots of people have already finished it, meanwhile Veilguard numbers are crashing barely 15 days after release and for a game that can take 30-40 hours to complete, and can reach 70-80 hours 3) We can’t measure how many of Veilguard Steam numbers are from people that got the game for free with the Geforce Now bundle promotion, meanwhile all DBSZ number reflect direct sales. 4) We know DBSZ is a hit because they announced the game sold over 3 million copies within 24 hours. meanwhile we have zero info on Veilguard sales half a month after release, which obviously adds to the suspicion that it’s not selling very well.
